Effective date: 19 August 2026. This is the Signet7 Cancel and Trial Policy.

1. Current commercial fact

Live billing is off. offer_live is false. The catalog has zero trial days and does not auto-convert. Free recipient verification is not a trial and is not a paid program.

2. Amounts

Amounts are not a public offer. Checkout is not live. Do not treat any number as a charge.

3. How to cancel

Cancel is one request. A billing portal is not required.

  1. Open Account and choose Cancel access, or
  2. Call POST /api/v1/billing/cancel on an operated instance, or
  3. Email samuel.sanderson@signet7.io with the word Cancel.

If no subscription exists, the server says so. You are not sent through extra pages. Cancel takes effect immediately for access. No refund term exists while live billing is off. If live billing is later turned on, this page will state the refund and period-end rule before the first charge.

4. Trials

There is no converting trial. A later trial cannot charge unless a reminder was sent at least twenty-four hours before the charge. The catalog reminder target is seventy-two hours. Silence is not consent.
