What Signet7 desktop doesSignet7 desktop sits on named work emails. Ordinary mail stays quiet. It shouts if a seal is torn, or if a named vendor arrives unsealed. Signet7 desktop does not send. Optional sealing is the other job in that same app. It is not Exchange.
What Signet7 desktop does not doIt does not check every employee mailbox. It does not replace the live check for staff. Recipients never install it.
Records on the office computerOptional encrypted records vault for money and account mail. You hold the recovery key. Signet7 cannot read those letters. Cap is 10 GB. Warning at 50%. Export a zip before 90%. Seal and listing stay two facts. The public website check does not keep the letter. Recipients never use the vault. Not a court stamp.
Company setupOne-file wizard in the zip. Windows also has install.ps1 and uninstall.ps1. Recipients never run it. The app has Check for update. After setup, it starts at login on the office computer that runs it.
Helper instruction cardDo not train a model on company mail. Do not rebuild From, To, Subject, or body. Save the original message file. Submit those bytes to the live check. Read two facts: seal, and listing. If the check is down, do not act. Recipients never install. Company computers use the desktop zip, not pip. This card is instructions, not a plugin. Same words as AGENT-CHECK.md in the zip.
Uninstall / updateWindows: run uninstall.ps1, or delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\Signet7. Mac/Linux: uninstall.sh. files/latest.json names this unsigned preview. Outlook is removed in My add-ins — that is Microsoft, not Signet7. Recipients never install, so they have nothing to uninstall.
