Signet7 desktop sits on the named work emails you connect — purchasing, billing, trust, intake, up to 20. Each of those emails gets its own listing. Not every staff laptop. Ordinary mail stays quiet. Recipients never install it. This is not set and forget. Windows zip includes install.ps1 and uninstall.ps1. Mac/Linux include install.sh. There is a Check for update in the app. Download a new zip when we publish one.

Optional: keep money and account mail in an encrypted vault on the office computer that runs Signet7. You hold the recovery key. Cap is 10 GB. Warning at 50%. Export a zip before 90%. The public website check does not keep the letter. Recipients never use the vault. Not a court stamp.
